Is de shakuhachi iets voor jou?

Maak kennis met dit bijzondere instrument in deze introductie cursus. Tijdens de cursus leer je de juiste houding om de basisnoten van de shakuhachi te spelen. Door gevarieerde oefeningen geef je aandacht en ruimte aan je ademhaling en bouw je de kracht van je spieren op. Je geest en lichaam werken muzikaal en spiritueel samen. Je maakt kennis met de Japanse muzieknotatie en je leert je eerste traditionele honkyoku spelen.

De cursus bestaat uit 5 privé-lessen van 45 minuten (€210)  of 60 minuten (€280)

Shakuhachi & Qigong Workshop 

Please come join us for a special weekend of playing shakuhachi and practicing qigong in the beautiful surroundings of Appenzellerland.

The sound of Shakuhachi is music that connects to the rhythms of Nature. Qigong can help us increase our enjoyment of this challenging instrument through deepening the breath, opening the joints of the body, and feeling the rhythms of our physical movement.
